Daily check in

Today was an okay day. I did have a small piece of orange between lunch and dinner. I still want dessert after dinner. I worry a lot about if I'm eating too much, but I don't feel too full. I guess that means I'm doing ok. I went to exercise class this morning.
How do I do the daily check in? I think that might help me.
