Great day

.
No sweets but I did stay at a Holiday Inn
Cereal and Almond milk for B-Fast
BLT for lunch
Burger Just because we stopped on the way to the beach (it is an S day)
Chicken wings, salad and Fried Pickles for dinner.
Green tea all day and one Throwback Pepsi.

And yum-those fried pickles sound excellent! Dip'em in a little homemade ranch dressing. . .wow!

This was an E day for me, My Birthday Very Happy
B: Uncle Sam's cereal with almond milk
L: Grilled ham and cheese w/fries - mayo and ketchup, sweet tea
Tea Time (At the hotel from 4:00 to 6:00) three chocolate cookies, three cups green tea
D: Lasagna with meat sauce, three strips garlic bread dipped in olive oil and spices, creme brulee (Doggie bag had 1/2 lasagna and 1/2 creme brulee)
I will finish the creme brulee before midnight soo... gotta go! Cool

I feel wonderful. Been vacationing BUT stuck to the No S Plan.
Haven't weighed yet but pants fit a little looser.
Enjoying the local produce and staying away from most red meat.
