11/19/05, Saturday (Day #1) - SUCCESS :D

Breakfast:
oatmeal
banana
1 c skim milk
1/2 c orange juice

Lunch:
mexican pizza
3 chicken taquitos
diet pop

Dinner:
crockpot mac and cheese
1 c skim milk


Water: 7 cups
Multi-vitamin

Exercise:
15 min 80s workout (leg lifts, etc to 1980s music)
35 min walk outside (50 degrees)

Opps accidentally made this a new topic, but meant to post it here.

I consider this day a success since it was an "S" day.

Breakfast:
mexican pizza
1 c skim milk
apple

Lunch:
5" meatball sub
diet pop
salad

Snack:
light Hawaiian punch

Dinner:
meatloaf
green beans

Snack:
cookie
1 c skim milk

Water: 5 cups
multi-vitamin

Exercise:
40 min walk (59 degrees)
