11/19/05, Saturday (Day #1) - SUCCESS
Breakfast:
oatmeal
banana
1 c skim milk
1/2 c orange juice
Lunch:
mexican pizza
3 chicken taquitos
diet pop
Dinner:
crockpot mac and cheese
1 c skim milk
Water: 7 cups
Multi-vitamin
Exercise:
15 min 80s workout (leg lifts, etc to 1980s music)
35 min walk outside (50 degrees)
