All right . I'm trying again . I want to be strong and healthy for my trip to India . So I'm tring this again. So far for Breakfast I had a fruit salad, soy au lait
lunch ministone soup rice cakes 5 prunes
Dinner crackers peanut butter, red vines Yuck!!!! Good thing its a s day!!!

So today is a no s day for. Ready to make the commitment just for today. No seconds, sweets, no snacks.
B.... Oatmeal/ cafe au lait(soy)
l... tunafish salad
dinner mungbeans rice/ saal/ apples

Breakfast fruit salad/ soy au lait
lunch ministronie// flax crakes
Dinner yogurt/ granolav and cereal(i know its not great but it ended so its a meal)
