I consider this day a success since it was an "S" day.

Breakfast:
mexican pizza
1 c skim milk
apple

Lunch:
5" meatball sub
diet pop
salad

Snack:
light Hawaiian punch

Dinner:
meatloaf
green beans

Snack:
cookie
1 c skim milk

Water: 5 cups
multi-vitamin

Exercise:
40 min walk (59 degrees)
