i just started the No S diet at the beginning of the month. i thought i'd have problems with the sweet restriction but am doing amazingly well.
where i am struggling a bit is with portion control. i'm staying to a plate but keep making them big ones out of fear that if i don't i won't make it to my next meal.
any other plate padders out there? advice welcome!
