Hooray, I've made it to the 21 Club (actually 28, but who's counting
)! Nothing much in terms of weight loss so far, but there was no gain, either, and that's great. I'm one of the people with PCOS, so I expect I'll have to do a little carb control eventually to see much weight loss. But for just a little while I'm content to maintain. Eventually I hope to lose 30 to 40 pounds. I lost 29 lbs. last year doing a sort of Protein Power/South Beach type diet, so I'm hoping I can tweak No-S with a few lower carb options to get the weight loss moving again. But first I'm just trying to get the habit down pat. Wish me luck!
