Today is day 3 and an S day. So far so good. I still think about the next thing I'm going to eat on a non-S day but it's very doable. I feel pretty good that I've found something that doesn't require me to restrict certain foods and make it hard to stick with. I really feel confident that I will achieve a weight loss. I don't focus on the scale anymore and judging my achievements on forming good habits. I've started taking steps forward in the many things I do in my life since I started this diet. I've started pledging to enjoy every aspect of my life. I went and got a new apartment away from "negative" people and mended waning friendship that are positive. It's been good and only three days. I'm excited to see what the next 6 months hold!
