After contemplating my food future the past couple of weeks, I've decided that it's best for me to get back on the No-S wagon. While eating what I wanted, when I wanted was nice for awhile, and I lost weight, I think I actually LIKE more structure...so here I go...again!
Day 1 - SUCCESS!
Breakfast - Cascadian Farms fruit & nut granola, skim milk, banana, coffee with half & half and sugar
Lunch - Whole wheat wrap with turkey, american cheese, romaine lettuce, pickles, and goddess dressing, mineola orange, vitamin water
Dinner - Pubhouse battered cod, brown rice cooked in chicken broth, steamed green beans with butter
