This is my first day. So far so good. I am used to eating 4 to 5 times a day.

Day 2

I feel lighter this morning since I only ate 3 plates of food yesterday.

Start weight: 134

Goal weight: 124

Day 3 Success

I am getting full with less food. I didn't finish my plate which is amazing since I am use to 2-3 plateful. I hope this continues.

Day 5 "S" day

I feel more peaceful around food. I have not binged in 5 days. I think the Habit calendar is helping as well as the daily check in.

Yesterday:

Breakfast: Cereal

Lunch: In-n-out hamburger with fries

Dinner: Prime 6 oz, rice, chocolate covered cranberries, chips...
I ate a lot but not as much as I did before starting no "S".
