So, I took people's suggestions to go slowly and I decided to start on "seconds" for a month to get them under control.

SUCCESS today! I had a slightly enlarged dinner, but I didn't have seconds.

After I have seconds under control I think I'll tackle snacks. Hopefully, in three months I'll be having regular N days and try for the 21-day club. :)

SUCCESS on NO SECONDS perameter

Apple and handful of walnuts, cup of soy milk

Rice, veggies, egg beaters mixed in

Two meatballs, mixed veggies, handful walnuts


Went crazy on sweets though. But seconds are my goal this week.
