So Im willing to try this yet again. My sisters wedding is april24 and i want to be able to be comfortable being there with my parents. They judge my physical quite a bit . Im sticking to nos and excersise and meditation . I will weigh once a week starting next sunday. Breakfast 2 wheat-free blueberry pancakes and syrup and coffee. Lunch noodle soup and one egg with a tangelo.

doing well got thru sunday and monday!!!! happy to go to bed without being stuffed!!!! This morning eggs/toast soy latte
