I am trying to develop healthy habits instead of binging 2-5 times a week.

Failure!
Today is my day off.  Breakfast was fine.  At lunch I ate 5 Hawaiian breads with Nutella.  After dinner, I ate about 20 famous amos cookies.

I was tempted to snack but I didn't.  Just one more day until "S" day.  I used to snack for at least 1 hr or 2 hrs in the evening often.  I am trying to change this habit.

I had bakery breads, Cheese quesadillas, fries, berries with whipped cream, chips, chocolate...  I had a lot of variety but did not over do it.  I had small porttions of everything I wanted.

Breakfast:  Banana pancakes with syrup, O.J.
Lunch:  Cheeseburger & fries
Dinner:  CPK pizza, chicken pasta. Ate seconds.
Snack:  14 donut holes with a lot of whipped cream, ice cream
I feel bloated but everything tasted good.  I will try to tone it down tomorrow.

The snacking continued for awhile after dinner.

After dinner I snacked on 5 big white chocolate bakery cookies and pumpkin seeds for 2 hrs while watching a movie.
