Day 1 BBGH

Success!

I am trying to develop healthy habits instead of binging 2-5 times a week.


Starting weight: 139
Goal weight: 122

Day 2 CSTQ

Failure!

Today is my day off. Breakfast was fine. At lunch I ate 5 Hawaiian breads with Nutella. After dinner, I ate about 20 famous amos cookies.

I had milk between lunch and dinner when I got hungry.

Day 4

Success!

I was tempted to snack but I didn't. Just one more day until "S" day. I used to snack for at least 1 hr or 2 hrs in the evening often. I am trying to change this habit.

Day 6

"S" Day

I had bakery breads, Cheese quesadillas, fries, berries with whipped cream, chips, chocolate... I had a lot of variety but did not over do it. I had small porttions of everything I wanted.

Day 7 BBGH

Success!

I ate cheese omelette, 2 chicken tacos with avacado and sour cream, beef ribs with corn bread. 4 cups Green tea.

Breakfast: 2 eggs, oatmeal with apricot

Lunch: Hamburger with 20 fries, water with lemon

Dinner: Houston's (few bites of ribeye, 3 ribs, streamed broccoli, red wine)

Breakfast: 2 toast with cream cheese & jam, green tea

Lunch: 2 fish tacos with sour cream & avacado, Arizona tea

Dinner: Personal pizza with bacons, pumpkin seeds, water

Breakfast: Cereal with almond milk & berries

Lunch: 1/2 chicken sandwich, yogurtland

Dinner: Chicken with vegetables, peach shake

Day 12

"S" day

Breakfast: Banana pancakes with syrup, O.J.

Lunch: Cheeseburger & fries

Dinner: CPK pizza, chicken pasta. Ate seconds.

Snack: 14 donut holes with a lot of whipped cream, ice cream

I feel bloated but everything tasted good. I will try to tone it down tomorrow.

Day 13 BBGH

"S" day

Breakfast: 2 eggs with bacon, 1 toast with cream cheese & jam, tea

Lunch: Chipotle steak burrito, chips

Dinner: Chicken enchiladas, blk beans, nachos, ice cream...

The snacking continued for awhile after dinner.

Success!

Breakfast: Berry smoothie

Lunch: Turkey sandwich with few chips, water

Dinner: Cod with salad, avocado

I feel a lot better today since I did not overeat.

Failure!

Breakfast: Cereal with milk

Lunch: Hamburger & 20 fries, water

Dinner: Chicken burrito with vegetables, green tea

After dinner I snacked on 5 big white chocolate bakery cookies and pumpkin seeds for 2 hrs while watching a movie.

Success!

Breakfast: None. Full from last night and very busy.

Lunch: Jamba smoothie

Dinner: Chicken burrito

My friend suggested I eat and add more fiber everyday so I am starting today.
