Dr's Wife daily check in.....

Day 1 Saturday (I know it's an S day but anxious to get started.

I'm back.........excited and hopeful

Morning Exercise: 35 minute walk

Breakfast: bowl of yogurt, w/ cereal, nuts and fruits mixed in.
1 large mocha (I know it has sugar in it but since it's an S day I decided to go for it).

I'm super hungry but will have a tuna sandwich in a few minutes.

I'm so happy to back!
