SUCCESS
Yes, I am calling it a success even though I popped a green bean in my mouth while out in the garden. I did it without thinking. I thought "oh" and then spit it out.

Day 22 -
Failure
I didn't even try to talk myself out of that slice of fresh hot bread and butter. Should of had it come out of the oven at dinner or lunch time.
My next goal is to double the days - 42. I am wishing I had a scale.

Yesterday - Day 18
FAILURE
I did start Couch to 5K this morning.

I've always wanted to be a runner and the only way to do that is to run.

So yesterday was a failure and my weight today was 176.6 down about 3 pounds this month but most of that was this week when I decided to count calories. My thoughts about where I want to go with my eating are all mixed up right now. I do know that I want to stick with the principles of No S, I certainly don't need to be snacking and eating sweets everyday, lol, and the S days are nice to have. I am not sure I want to count calories daily either but the last week showed me that I do need to eat less than I was even with vanilla No S. Then add to the mix that I am taking up running and have completed two weeks of couch to 5k and want to take up trail running. I am very excited about this and even know when my first race will be. (4/2011, 5k) I have always admired runners and see no reason I can't be one myself.

So No S is definitely a tool in my weight loss journey tool box but I think I am going to stop this daily success/failure tracking because I am not finding it helpful, I'd rather have it be principle than rule. I think I am going to go with smaller breakfast and lunch plates and see how it goes from there.

I wrote this on Facebook today.
I have an awesome body.
No, I'm serious. I have carried and birthed six babies without complications. (Thank you Lord) I am physically able to all the things I desire to do. I can care for my family, farm, animals, garden, etc. without any physical hindrances. (Again, thank you Lord) My body is amazing and I am blessed to have the body I do. Today I am mostly thankful that I can run because that is what I have decided to do when I grow up, I want to be a runner.
