The going is slow, so I thought maybe keeping a journal (check in) would help.
Last night--Saturday--had a bit of sweets. Going to try and not have any tonight. Once a weekend is enough, I think.
Have lost about 15# so far. Wearing 1 size smaller jeans.
Have been increasing the distance of my walks, and today I went 3 miles in about an hour. I measured it with my car, lol. Walking is my exercise of choice. I have been on and off with it, but doing well the last couple of weeks.
My DH snacks a lot in the evening, so that can be hard for me. But I'm dealing.
