On to day 2!

I just placed a Green NS3 on January 3rd on my office calendar!I had a great dinner and though I made certain the whole plate was full they were all very healthy foods! I also went to the gym and did 20 minutes on the bike (I have a gym in my building so no real excuse not to go)... I drank water with some lemon and struggled for the rest of the night but I did not eat another crumb! I made my lunch and did not snack my way through the fixin's either... So I feel pretty good about getting through 1 day...thanks for the supportive comments folks!

You should post this update at the bottom of the thread you started the other day. Posters are waiting to see how your dinner was!
