I have been a member of No S since September 2005 and I really believe that this is the plan for me. However, in this time I have had numerous successful stints with No S which I have managed to derail for a multitude of reasons – each one seeming good at the time. The two biggest issue for me have been (1) I try and complicate a simple plan and make it un-workable! (2) I just give up and eat whenever and whatever because it is easier!
2011 is my fresh start. With my December 2010 bonus I bought an exercise bicycle for my hubby and I. Over December we both decided that we need to lose weight and both get down to healthy weights – Part one of this is to get fit and the bicycle is the best option for both of us. Second step is to sort out our eating – 3 meals a day (hubby does not do breakfast so it is 2 meals for him) following No S.
I am astounded at how much easier it is to follow No S and the exercise with a partner – never tried that before. We both motivate each other to do our exercise and stick to our eating plan.
