Starting Off Right - Checking In

Today is my first day back on the diet after a not so brief hiatus (almost 2 years). I tried the No S diet a while back and was having difficulty losing weight. In retrospect, I was loading up my plate beyond anything reasonable
And I didn't lose weight? Go figure! So now, I'm armed with more reasonable expectations of portion control, having some fruit/veggies/protein with each meal, etc. In the beginning, I'm just going to focus on spacing out my 3 meals. Then, when I get that down, I'll look at portion control. After trying out every diet on the planet, I think that NO S is the best. Period. I'm glad to be back in it. Wish me luck
