I am loving this way of eating!
B: about 6:00: Tofu Scambler, Pan Fried Curried potatoes, Green Chai Tea with Cinnamon Rice Milk, Whole Grain Toast with 1 tsp. Soy Butter.
L: 12:30: Boca Burger on 1 piece of Bread, Apple, Chai Tea
D: 6:30: !/2 cup brown Rice, Tofu, Bunch of stir fry veggies, Black iced Chai Tea
Only 4 glasses of water, 40 minutes on tredmill, 60 min walk and 30 min of WATP DVD.
