I am starting the No S diet tomorrow. I need to lose 80 lbs and also, most importantly, stop obsessing about food and just eat 3 healthy meals a day without counting ANYTHING of eliminating any food group. My grandma at this way, (without knowing it was the No S diet of course!) and lived to be 96. I think most people used to eat this way before all the obesity in our country etc... I Plan on focusing on cooking healthy meals and like I said break my obsession with thinking of food. I also plan on walking one hour per day.
