2 week check in

Mar 9/12 - although I lost, this is where I often ditch a diet due to low weight loss (and then actually end up gaining over time through extreme dieting/bingeing). Although it's only a .6 loss, it is still a loss, and I had two quite extreme S days last week. Goals for this week are to exercise a bit more, and have my S day treats but tone down a bit.
