Ok, starting over again!
I keep diet bouncing. And the fact of the matter is, it doesn't matter what way of eating you follow, noS still works the best incorporated with a woe.

I am having issues with snacking because of stress. I get the least big stressed and i'm off to find something to stuff my face with.

On the plus side however, I've conquered psoritatic arthritis and it's debilitating effects successfully by going GLUTEN free. I'm also DAIRY free because, well the tummy doesn't tolerate it! I can handle cheese and yogurt and the lactose free icecream breyers puts out. (saving for an S day fo course).

Today's meals:
B 2 chicken thighs, apple, coffee

L 2 chicken thighs, mix vegs, grapes, coffee

D (to be determined, though we are using the gluten free e-meals.com recipes for suppers, which are awesome by the way!)

Going for the green~

Hi Shamrockmommy,

Welcome back. You're right about No S: it's versatility makes it perfect for following any kind diet plan! I diet bounce, too. Always looking for the perfect one. But, really, there is none as perfect as NoS. Have you considered giving up one "S" at a time? (ie. no snacks one week, add no seconds the next, etc.) I'm considering that because I'm having a hard time with the sweets. Seems like the minute I can't have something, that's all I want! I don't know. Maybe I just need to be more vigilant. Good luck to you!
