Yikes I guess now I really need to be accountable
This is my plan 21 days of Vanilla S. It's my son's Bar Mitzvah this weekend so Friday is S day as is Sat. and Monday night at the part is an S too. Other than that it will be Ns except for my weekend which is Friday night- Sat. Night.
I exercise 5-6 times a week
I eat off a virtual plate mostly home made food
Big issue with portion control and binging
13th May: Exercise
3 meals
No Snacks
No sweets
2 fruits
14th May: Exercise
3 meals
No Snacks
No sweets
2 fruits 
15th May: Exercise
and this evening I went back to my toning class which is outdoors. I stopped for the winter as I was too cold. I was pleased to still be able to do all the moves.
