Jen's Daily Check-In First Day

Hi all. Today is my first day trying this. I've struggled with some emotional and binge eating issues and I sometimes have trouble sticking to things, but I feel good about this and ready. So far so good, even though it's only 10:30 am :)

Welcome, Jen! I came here with similar issues and have made a lot of progress, so I am sure you came to the right place! Good luck!

I relate to emotional and binge eating.
This is a good place to establish good habits and "get right in the head."
My advice, after struggling a bit in the beginning: go vanilla no-s (no modifications...) and be really strict in the beginning.
It will help you get the habit down.
Also, enjoy and make sure to eat enough on your 3 one-plates/day. Then get busy with something else.
