Lol!! I do not have more willpower I assure you.

The only reason I try to eat healthier is my family has a lot of health issues. I have a son with autism and another son with alopecia which means he has lost almost all of his hair. So we have to be careful with food.

I have only had a couple of good days before I blow it!

Well I pulled a good one the other day.

I went to the doctor and found out I have an autoimmune disease. This was on top of my son losing more hair when he woke up.

I lost it. I had a pity party and ate all the things I am suppose to avoid. I have to go on an autoimmune diet and honestly I was pissed. I was finally getting over some of my food issues and the news knocked me on my ass.

So today I had two meals and I am going to have 1 more and call it a success.

I am going to stop feeling sorry for myself and get this crap conquered.

Breakfast...sardines, carrots, chicken

Lunch..pork, carrots, broccoli, cappuccino...waiting for my cappuccino maker to come in so I can make it with raw milk and raw honey per my diet guidelines

Dinner.. chicken soup

Crystal, I'm so sorry to hear that. Crap, like we don't struggle enough with food. My thoughts are with you. On the bright side, perhaps this gives you a reason to choose healthy foods, unlike me, because I don't *have* to. I hope things are going okay!

Very true.. when I don't have a choice I don't think about it as much.. I mostly have to avoid gluten and sugar...no biggie!

Thank you!

Was told to drop the dairy and caffeine....yikes!

B...6 oz ground beef, huge bowl carrot soup

L...3 oz ground beef, pureed cauliflower

D...same as lunch

Our family is on the gaps diet. We have to eat meat and fat and boil out any fiber out of the veggies. We also have to take strong probiotics and digestive enzymes. I honestly binged yesterday...on meat of all things..just because of thinking how restricted we will all be. My oldest son has alopecia for sure but my also have a messed up GI so we have to stick to the dictates of the diet. How do you do that and not obsess about food....ahhhhh.. I am going to just stick to my 3 meals everyday and try hard.

Tall Cappuccino

D...sandwhich and chips

Keeping the glutens out during the week... letting myself have treats on the weekend.. it is the only way I can keep from binging

127 today. I was a bit overindulgent over thanksgiving!

Time to start logging and get hold of this runaway train.

Breakfast...a couple of thin steaks, handful almonds, steamed cauliflower and green beans, coffee with half and half

Lunch...tall nonfat cappuccino, chicken and salad

Dinner...sausage and veggies

Breakfast...yogurt, blueberries, almonds, decaf coffee with half and half

Lunch...can pumpkin mixed with eggs, turkey bacon and pepperoni on top..this was a HUGE meal

Dinner...sun butter and apple jam, a big bowl of oatmeal

I can't say today was a success. I ate lunch and dinner together and ate a huge amount. I didn't use it as an excuse to continue to eat so I am happy.

Trying to get back into a groove. I want to reach 21 days.

Well I can't say I am pumped about the first week. I did some drunk binge eating.... I know it was technically an s day.. but I carried the binge eating into the next day. I normally don't drink, but had the occassion to and really screwed the pooch on that one. I am following a paleo diet except for a meal on the weekend.

I have some terrible bouts with depression and I find a mostly paleo diet helps and I have some mild autoimmune issues too. I don't like the idea of never indulging again, but I wish it hadn't been such a failure.

Oh well. I am starting over at day 1 tomorrow and will make it through a week with 3 reasonable paleo meals a day and one reasonable "social" meal a week. I am not trying to restrict. I would just like to stop my binges. I was down 2 pounds on Friday and honestly I ate them back.
