Day 1: Success (how do I make this green?)

Anyway, today was a black and white, vanilla no s success! Yeah, but I am looking forward to eating normally with my family and not just eating diet food. Also hoping to build a healthier relationship with food as I have seen such inspirational stories on here. I will begin my first 21 day streak here and then hopefully continue from there.

Coming back to check in most days. Today was a success but I underate a little for dinner as I was really hungry.

Breakfast: strawberries, 1 cup protein cereal, 6 oz non fat greek yogurt
Lunch: 1 banana, 1 cup non fat milk, 1 1/2 cup Total cereal, 2 tb peanut butter
Dinner: 2 whole wheat tortilla, lean ground turkey, ice burg with low fat caesar dressing, 1/2 cup protein cereal with yogurt

It has been such a long time but here I am again.

Starting a new 21 day streak tomorrow and going to post my meals too. Here I go.
