What is Vanilla No S?

welcome, csv! Vanilla No S is No S exactly as described by Reinhard: No snacks, no sweets, no seconds, except for sometimes on S-days. Some people tweak the diet or introduce modifications, but I follow Vanilla No S and will do so without tweaks until it stops working (it's not quick, but it is steady). I've been at it almost three months now and think it is amazing! Best of luck!
