Sometimes doctors can end up just discouraging us. Moderation is good for the body, and the slow(er) weight loss is sustainable, and better for your health in the long term than rapid weight loss that doctors may applaud. NoS fits this perfectly. I love that you consider it a Christmas present to moderate your eating! Merry Christmas!

Day 2 Another successful day! The next two days are N Day's. with my husband and I celebrating our 14th wedding anniversary and Thanksgiving the next day. After reading the No S Diet book. I understand the importance of not snacking and do not plan on doing this even on No S Day's. Feeling great! :)

My husband and I celebrated our 14th anniversary this year too! Congrats, marriage is never easy, but I think in most cases it's worth the effort. :)

Thank you and congratulations!! I know marriage is the most wonderful experience in the world but also the most frustrating at times. :) When did you celebrate your 14th Wedding Anniversary?

Day 5: Still doing great! Enjoyed dessert on our Anniversary and Thanksgiving without any regret. I have a cold right now so I am not feeling great. Enjoyed a nice cup of chicken noodle soup for lunch. :)
