Boogbite's daily check

First day doing this in a looooong time. Crazy to start the week of Thanksgiving? Perhaps. But I'm determined to get through three days before that first S day.

So far so good today.

Breakfast: Bagel and cream cheese, coffee
Lunch: Sashimi, white rice, miso soup, tempura, small green salad
Dinner: Slow cooker chicken tacos

I am starting today also! I didn't even think about it being Thanksgiving week, but maybe that will work in our favor: we can ease into our first week with only 4 "N" days, and hopefully prevent the holiday weight gain at the same time.

The nice thing about starting now is that you get more s days during the week through the holidays!! ;)
