Moderate meals check in

Hi everyone -
Just trying to get back on track. I'm a firm believer in No S as it gives me complete sanity around food when I follow it strictly! I'm going to log in for awhile until I feel I've got the habit down again:

Tuesday, April 8th:
SUCCESS!
wt: 120
exercise: ran 5 miles
breakfast: Ezekiel muffins with peanut butter and honey
lunch: fish, green beans, pop chips and sweet potato fries
dinner: chicken, green beans, sweet potato fries, pop chips, greek yogurt

* I also allow myself skinny mochas from starbucks or mixing in cocoa powder with my greek yogurt. I find it saves me from feeling totally deprived and also saves bingeing later on which is one of my biggest struggles.

I love seeing old-timers check back in! The sanity aspect is great and I think it's wonderful that you know what you need to make NoS work for you without feeling deprived.
