Everyday Systems

I'm going wheat free to see if it helps the symptoms of arthritis, and improves my blood work. Does anyone here avoid wheat? I work at a doctor's office and someone told me about positive health changes from following the Wheat Belly recommendations.
I'm reading the book now.
