Wow! What an incredible video. I'm in the middle of it, but what he's saying makes so much sense. I'm going to see if I can find his book at my library.

There might be some truth about the lipid hypothesis, but much of what he's written is counter to how traditional cultures have eaten. Just someone else with a hypothesis.
