It's about rest

I found this at Zen Habits today.

This is something I'm passionate about. It started over 20 years ago. We never worked on Sunday at the job I had (and pretty much all since). I started taking that day as a day of rest. No shopping, no nothing except cooking a meal. The highlight of my day was an afternoon nap!

I had to rearrange things and learn to do errands and such on other days. It's been a blessing.

I have been working towards that. I too nap on Sunday afternoons, the only time during the week when I do so. Sometimes, I putter in the garden. Other times, I go for a bike ride. Whatever I do, it's not a
"chore". It gives the week a nice rhythm.
