My New Exercise Program!

Quick Fit is a 15 minute program that advertises itself as "Exercise so quick and easy, you're bound to succeed." And indeed it is. No sweat, no space, little time, cheap equipment (dumbbells). It is also easily expanded for those who need a tougher program, but is easy enough in its basic form for beginners. I am having a good time with this, and thought you might like to see it.

The nice thing about this program is that it can be as easy or as tough as you need/want it to be. Slow walk and light weights, or extended brisk Urban Rangering and heavier weights, and all points in between. To sweat or not to sweat...it's entirely up to you.
