I'm excited that I've passed the mid way mark on my weight loss goal, but even more excited that I accomplished a special goal. I'm in a community theater company with a main production each spring. I set a goal at the beginning of NoS that by the time costume fitting happened, I wanted to fit into one of the straight line, slimmer looking dresses, not one that looked like a curtain, like last year. Well, costuming started last week and I did it! No curtain for me this year, except the one on stage!!!

NoS Rocks!!!

Congratulations, ginmarie. That is a great goal, and a very visible one!

I'd say that reaching the halfway mark is more than a "small" goal. Congratulations!

Oh, Congrats! Woot! Woot! I'm doing a huge happy dance over hear in my little head! The poster who said that it isn't a SMALL goal, is sooooo right! I'm jealous! The first time I lost that much weight, I still would not have fit in a straight line dress. But then, I have curves that aren't going to go away when I lose weight, so I need outfits that flaunt the right curves

That is a testimonial, girl!

That's awesome! I haven't done community theater, but I have done theater at my church (with costumes), so I understand.
