Practice makes...
no-o-o...not perfect! (Remember, perfection is not attainable)
Practice makes permanent!
I saw this coming out of a printer today in a math computer lab and felt it was sent just for me! Was having a very stressful testing day and the thought crossed my mind about getting something later to eat...hmmm...maybe it was divine intervention! Anyway, I love this quote, and I didn't eat, and I thought I would pass it on!
The longer we practice the habits of NoS, the stronger and more permanent they become!

Quitting is not an option...
If you start to slip, tie a knot and hang on!
Remember that good enough is... good enough.
Strive for progress, not perfection!

Yes, I can't believe how much better I feel about No S in this my third year and despite my problems, I always felt good about N days. It does get better! I know other plans felt permanent, too, but I never stuck with those. Hope I'm not kidding myself, but longevity does give some credibility. And odds.
