Practice makes...

Post by mimi » Tue Mar 27, 2012 11:00 pm

no-o-o...not perfect! (Remember, perfection is not attainable)

Practice makes permanent!

I saw this coming out of a printer today in a math computer lab and felt it was sent just for me! Was having a very stressful testing day and the thought crossed my mind about getting something later to eat...hmmm...maybe it was divine intervention! Anyway, I love this quote, and I didn't eat, and I thought I would pass it on!

The longer we practice the habits of NoS, the stronger and more permanent they become!

I don't know, I have seen film of Joe DiMaggio's swing, that was pretty perfect.

Mimi,

Practice makes permanent!

You should put this in the NoS Catch Phrase Glossary thread. I'm adding it to my list of NoS comebacks!

Over43, Bruce Lee's 1-inch punch was pretty good, too.

Yes, I can't believe how much better I feel about No S in this my third year and despite my problems, I always felt good about N days. It does get better! I know other plans felt permanent, too, but I never stuck with those. Hope I'm not kidding myself, but longevity does give some credibility. And odds.
