There was an interesting topic on the Freakonomics podcast this week which made me think of some of our discussions here.

The idea that willpower isn't enough but that there are ways to make less attractive tasks automatic by attaching them to things you really do want to do.

Great name, too.

It's a little like a special case of what I talked about in the "compound and atomic tasking" podcast episode way back.
