So I have done no-s before with success. But once I got a job in a charter school where I worked for 10-12 hours with sometimes no break or a working break, things went down hill. I have not only gained back the 20lbs I lost but gained an additional 20lbs!
The best way I figured out how to fit eating into my schedule was to split my lunch (1 plate) in half and eat half at (when my students eat snack) 10am and the other at 4pm (after my students go home). I know in the book it says this is acceptable but I wanted to see if anyone else is in a similar situation.
So far I have lost 5lbs in the last 2 weeks, going to keep it going.
Here is a snap shot of my day..
Breakfast (5:00am) - Yogurt and fruit, with coffee with milk and sugar
Lunch (10:00am and 4:00pm) Turkey sandwich and cut up veggies with homemade yogurt dip.
Dinner (8:00pm) Blue Apron meal (today was chicken pillard).
Crazy schedule am I doing this right?

No S is about habit, so if splitting your meal allows you to eat moderately consistently, so be it.

I think you sometimes just have to do what you've got to do. I manage a restaurant...I don't get "breaks." 3 days a week, I bring my lunch with me to work and if I get to sit down and eat it, great...otherwise I just eat what I can, when I can...sometimes that means my lunch gets eaten in 3 breaks. Works for me!
