Today:
Oatmeal with a chopped banana, milk and maple syrup
Bread, one fish stick, a slice of cheese, lettuce with blue cheese dressing, and a cup of yogurt
Dinner: chicken picatta, roasted potatoes, salad and a bread stick.
I was quite satisfied all day with my three meals, no snacks, no sweets and no seconds. Although I sure would have enjoyed seconds on the chicken picatta. It was DELICIOUS!!

Lunch: a tosted english muffin, tuna, mayo, one slice of american cheese and a cup of yogurt.
Dinner: it is Friday and it is lent, that means FISH FRY!!
