So fresh start for me this month. Well done everyone on the august thread! Feel free to join in!

Tues, 9/4 - green but no shovelglove
Wed, 9/5 - green but beyond hard to do. Just wanted to eat all things.
Thurs, 9/6 - green, not as bad as yesterday, had a really late launch, but ate a smaller dinner to make up for it.
Fri, 9/7 - green- evening was tough
Sat 9/8 and Sun 9/9 - S DAYS
Mon, 9/10 - Green
Tues, 9/11 - Green
Wed, 9/12 - green
Thurs, 9/13 - green
Fri, 9/14 - green

Wed, 9/5 - walked 2M in morning; Success
Thurs, 9/6 - Success
Fri, 9/7 - walked 2M in a.m.; Success
Sat 9/8 Walked 3M a.m.-cool temps & Sun 9/9 - S DAYS
Mon, 9/10 - mod banana, coffee w/ cream/splenda a.m. Success
Tues, 9/11 - p.m. Walk 2M-FAIL-mid a.m. small pastry w/coffee
Wed, 9/12 - Success
Thurs, 9/13 - Success
Fri, 9/14 - Success spent most of morning on my feet taking measurements in a large dimly lit machine shop for a project-few pushups later.
Sat 9/15 and Sun 9/16 - S DAYS
Mon, 9/17 -

03 - Planned NWS - Labor Day special outing with friends
04 - Too generous helpings with supper, 2d piece of garlic bread, total pig-out. So much for my green streak. Crying or Very sad
05 - Kinda pink rather than full-blown red. Small snack after hiking, but recovered & didn't give in to WTH. Actually saved half of supper for another day!
10 - Planned NWS - son's birthday.
