Thank you! We do have some things planned, aside from the girls coming and our little three day mini trip, we are going to some concerts here in our town (there is always a lot going on here in the summer, which also makes it nice to stay at home), spending a day with my SIL, going out to dinner with friends, and getting some things done around the house. Yesterday I decluttered and defrosted my big freezer - a big job but a great feeling to get it done.
The yoga class was great yesterday, it had been so long since I had been to the studio. I regularly do Yoga with Adriene videos on Youtube, but going to a live class is so different. It really felt special.
The special feeling continued through the rest of the day, including joining my husband in some aperitif nibbles before dinner.

I noticed on my HabitCal that my Mondays are basically always red - must be something about transitioning back to N days after the weekend...
Anyway, aside from the nibbles, I felt like it was a very reasonable day and I stuck to my plan. I do like planning things out in advance

And I definitely want to get a good solid green day in the books this week.
Today:
Ex: walk downtown and back (for the concert), Adriene yoga video (for neck and shoulders)
B: overnight oats w blueberries
L: out: falafel plate w/ salad
S: plum, apricot, 2 Brazils
D: tofu, salad, beans, bread
