This is pure blog, with nothing to do with diet or self improvement...
We just had a major downpour, and the sun was out, so we were blessed with a totally spectacular *double* full rainbow...
Oh my God!!! I've never seen one of those!

After the downpour, I asked Richard to check the status of my car, since all the windows were open....
He comes back and tells me:
"I've got good news and bad news... Which do you want to hear first?"
I told him, "Tell me the bad news first..."
He says,,,
"The bad news is that your seat is totally soaked...... The good news is that mine is totally dry :lol: "

I'm telling you,,, these kids don't show no respect!

Ha ha...
Just wanted to share that Richard moment :wink:

You *could* always start up a proper blog, Deb, and let us all share your everyday life, not just the 'S-diet' one! I have one at Livejournal.com (Same username as here). I have to say though, that I'm spending way too much time either here or on LJ so I'm gonna have to cut back and start doing some work instead! :D
