I love these ice cream bars. Are they allowed on the diet, or are they considered a sweet? I am sure I am repeating someone elses question, but I looked and couldn't find where anyone else ask. Sorry if it is a repeat

Both! you should not have them on N-days because they trick your brains into keeping the habit to have sweets and desserts everyday. But you can have them on weekends if you want them.laphillips wrote:Are they allowed on the diet, or are they considered a sweet?
Thanks tracey.... I know that was probably a stupid question, I am just trying to figure this all out....tracey wrote:Ice-cream is a sweet.
Anything that is sweet tasting is considered a sweet. Small amounts of honey or sugar in tea/coffer are generally considered fine as are trace amounts but clear desserts like cakes, cookies, and ice-cream are sweets.
