We were visiting my folks in NYC for Easter, and I invited my brother, who'd been boasting about this physical condition, to arm wrestle.
He was initially contemptuous: "Are you sure you want to do this? You look a little narrow in the shoulders. How much do you weigh? I've got 30 pounds on you! I've been curling 60 pound dumbells, bench pressing two hundred something pounds free weight, taking boxing classes every week" etc.
And in truth, he's a strong guy, broad shouldered, an avid gym goer, two inches taller than me, in the prime of his life (31 vs. my aged 35), and victor of our last contest about 5 years ago. But not alas, of late, a regular shovelglover. We armwrestled both sides, multiple times.
The result? Let's just say he's decided to start shugging again.

Hahahahah!!!! Excellent!!!
When I saw the pic of you and your Brother the other day, I immediately thought about the arm wrestling challenge!!!
How uncanny that you had one that day!!!
Not surprised you whooped him..
How many people regularly swing a 20 lb sledgehammer everyday????
For people who have never picked one up..
Let's just say, it's *A LOT*!!!
You must have really relished that Reinhard!
Long time in the making but worth the wait! LOL
