Take a sledgehammer and wrap an old sweater around it. This is your "shovelglove." Every week day morning, set a timer for 14 minutes. Hi Everyone,
This is my first time posting, though I've been familiar with the No S Diet and Shovelglove systems for awhile.
Recently, I was looking through my copy of the original
Heavyhands: The Ultimate Exercise book from 1982 and found a mention of shoveling movements. I scanned in a couple of excerpts here:
