Newbie
Hello,
I started the No Ss' two weeks ago and I'm not sure I've lost anything but I do feel better in my body. I forgot how much overeating simply makes me feel sluggish and crappy.
I've been reading the bulletin board for about a week and have found the postings helpful.
Thank you all for your insight and support.

Thanks for the welcome. I have checked out the daily check-in but I'm not that disciple with the posting thing. I've done well the last two weeks and posting everyday would cause me to think more about what I'm doing instead of just doing it. What I have found helpful is checking out the general discussion. The dialogue between other No Ss' has offered support to me these last two weeks.

Wow, first a Samurai, now a Goddess!
How many other diet systems have ancient warriors and goddesses on THEIR message boards??
