I now realize that when i was on those other diets food was not what i really wanted but sweets. I am actually going threw withdrawal, but I am determine that my body is not in charge. I am beginning to realize how much my body depended on sodas and junk food to survive.

Hey La la!
You will be out of your withdrawal fairly soon, I'm sure!
It is a common occurence for most people on NOS to have a much reduced sweet tooth within only a week or so....
Keep up the good work!
Peace and Love,
Deb

Congratulations, LALA. Hang in there. Each day gets easier. Good habits will take care of your "dependencies" (just a fancy name for bad habits).
