20 Lbs.-about 1 per week

Post by Rumba » Wed Oct 12, 2005 10:30 pm

YIPEEE!!
I just reached the 20 lb. weight-loss mark. I checked on the member list to see how long it has been. I joined in June, so the loss is about 1 lb. per week, or a teensy bit more.

I think of all the diets, exercise programs, personal trainers, and general misery I went through over so many years with little result, and this simple, easy system that works so well. Thanks, Reinhard.

I still have more to lose, so I'll post again at the next success mark.

WOW! That's fantastic! Congratulations.

That's what? 4 months to drop 20 lbs. Very impressive. Keep working at it.

Rumba, congratulations and thanks for letting us know. That's a great loss and a great rate of loss -- neither dangerously fast nor discouragingly slow. Looking forward to your next success mark.

Congratulations! This is truly an accomplishment and you should be proud of it. I hope that by my four month mark I can boast as much success as you have accomplished.
