It is almost embarrassing to keep coming back over and over, but I do remember hearing that it usually takes several times to be successful at this plan, I have lost track on how many times I have tried it, maybe 8??
Anyway, Went to a counselor today, I have a lot of stuff going on in my life and I have been stress eating big time. We talked about diet and weight problems, and about a weight loss program. I told her about the "No S Diet" and she had never heard of it, she said it sounded great to her and she was going to look it up on the internet tonight. I told her I feel like it is the best thing for me to do, I do not want to do something like Weight Watchers where I have to keep track of points or a diet where I can only eat certain foods, that stresses me out just thinking about it!! So here we go again, it is late Thursday night, and I will be starting on Friday!
So here I go again, I need to keep posting even when I mess up. What has happened before, is I post as long as I am doing good, then when I mess up, I stop getting on here, and just keep going crazy! I do have the book and will re-read it again!
Back again

Welcome back! I was noticing this morning that I joined the bulletin board in the summer of 2007 (I think). I have made several attempts, but was not faithful until I began again on January 15th of this year.
Reinhard has this thing figured out, and yes, sometimes it does take twelve times to be successful!
You have made the right decision to come back, and we are all here to support you. Remember, the only thing we have to do to succeed is to attempt a thing one more time than the number of times we fail!
